You can’t underestimate the importance of traffic when it comes to making money online. Fortunately, there are many ways to get traffic to your internet marketing business.

Here are ten ways to get more visitors and, in turn, more sales from your money making website:

1.Write an article.

Writing and submitting articles to article directories will bring you targeted readers and give your landing page a valuable backlink. They key to successful article marketing is to create a strong title that will encourage people to click on your article and a motivating bio box that will convince the reader to click through to visit your main page.

2.Submit a blog post.

Even if you don’t have a blog on your main website, you can create a blog with a free blogging platform like Blogger.com. With Blogger you can post new content on the blog from time to time with a link back to your main landing page. Blog posts are consistently updated so they are favored well by search engines.

3.Use pay per click marketing.

Pay per click marketing can put your landing page on the first page of Google in no time at all. By writing a simple three line ad and selecting your keywords you can put your product in front of targeted traffic almost immediately.

4.Use a link exchange.

If you find other people in your niche with websites that are complementary to yours, you can use a link exchange. In exchange for putting your link on their site, you’ll put a link on your site directed at their website. This can bring you targeted visitors.

5.Advertise on the download page of another product.

You can display an ad for your product on the download pages of complementary products (products that are in the same niche but don’t compete with yours). Contact the product creators and give them an incentive to display your ad on their page, such as a special affiliate relationship.

6.Issue a press release.

Press releases aren’t just for newspapers anymore. When you launch your product, you can issue a press release to announce the release. Not only do press releases bring in traffic from readers, but they add a backlink to your site wherever they are distributed.

7.Announce your site on Twitter.

Twitter is easy to use and can bring a lot of social marketing traffic to your website. You have to take time to build your list of Twitter followers, but once it’s in place, you can count on it to bring in traffic.

8.Write a guest post.

Guest posting on other blogs can be a great source of traffic. Find related blogs by doing a basic Internet search and then pitch a topic to the owner.

9.Start a Facebook group.

Facebook groups are easy to start and they can grow exponentially. Make your Facebook group topical and not directly about your product for better results.

10.Be a guest expert.

Podcast owners are always looking for guests for their shows. As a website owner you have specialized knowledge which podcast owners will be looking for. Contact them and offer your expertise.

You’ll get lots of visitors to your internet marketing business after your appearance.

Sincerely,

Developing your own product is one of the smartest moves you can make as an Internet marketer.

When you own your own product you can brand yourself as a niche expert, partner together with others in the niche and recruit others to promote your products for you as affiliates. But none of this can happen until you create your product.

Some people are intimidated by writing, but this is an obstacle you have to get over if you want to launch your own product.

Here are five ways to make product writing easier for you so you can move forward with the writing process and get your product on the market.

1.Make sure to do a lot of research.

Professional writers know that they’ll normally find twice as much information as they need in order to create a product. Be sure to do lots of research in the niche so you have information to work with when you write your product.

The research can come from books on the subject, other informative websites and even other information products. Remember, you aren’t going to be copying from these resources. Rather you’ll be learning about the subject so you know what to write.

The more research you do at the beginning, the easier it will be to write your product later on.

2.Create your outline.

You can’t possibly hope to write a product without having an outline. That’s like trying to stand without a skeleton.

The outline will give your product structure and make it much easier to write. Split up your research into three to five major points that you can use to explore the topic.

Write down as many subpoints that you can think of for each point and order them logically.

Then writing will be all about going through each point and making sure you explain what each point is.

3.Use examples.

The best information products have examples and stories to explain what they are suggesting. Not only are examples and stories fun for your audience, but they make the writing process easier for you.

You can add a lot of length to the product by incorporating a few key examples.

4.Add action steps.

If your product is a how to or advice product, you should add action steps at the end of each chapter.

This will make the product easier to understand for the audience and give them actionable advice. It will also help organize your product and make it easier to write.

5.Hire out product creation.

Of course, the easiest way to write a product is to hire a ghostwriter to do it for you.

If you decide to go this route, it is still worth your time to put together a detailed outline to guide the writer.

This will help them meet your needs exactly and you’ll be able to control what information goes into the product.

You can find good ghostwriters by asking around or by looking to freelancing sites like Elance.com or Guru.com.

Sincerely,
-Gabor
